Research and Analysis: ProVision's team of specialists work with our clients to understand their specific problems and needs. This may involve a complete audit of telecommunications expenses to a simple analysis of current billings. It is through this analysis that the company is able to determine what changes should be recommended to optimize the clients telecommunications services, in the most cost effective way.
Right Services: Once an organizations needs have been determined, ProVision goes to work evaluating which carrier services will best support the company's objectives. ProVision's expertise includes voice and data networks, VoIP, audio and video conferencing, and local and long distance services. The final recommendation may incluce a variety of services to maximize the effectiveness of the total solution.
Right Carriers: Once the right services are determined, the ProVision team relies on its extensive carrier relationships to analyze which carriers would be appropriate to submit for pricing. A complete understanding of each carrier's network and capabilities is necessary in order to determine which will deliver the most comprehensive services. ProVision operates under a carrier neutral philosophy which eliminates any potential confilct of choosing the wrong carrier for the wrong reason. Our team commits to our cients that we will suggest only the best carriers to achieve stated objectives.
Right Price: The final step in the selection process involves submitting requests for pricing from multiple carriers. Receiving pricing from multiple carriers assures the client that they will achieve a fair price for the services procured.

Customer Service : After the service selection has been determined, the ProVision customer service team assists clients with the provisioning process. We interface with the carrier(s) to ensure accurate and timely service installation. Our job does not stop after installation. We are our clients advocate with any service or billing issues.
