Sometimes a person can really be surprised, as I have been over the last five years of working with Dan Pilgrim and Bandwidthfinders.com (A ProVision Communications Company). Our discussions and telecommunication dealings have been a real pleasure and the surprises keep coming.
I have dealt with all the "Big Boys" when it comes to telecommunications as any ISP, always trying to save on access costs and make larger margins. But, I am here to say - Bandwidthfinders.com is the way to go - best pricing, best customer service, best attention and believe it or not, they call you. They do not call very often, but when they do, it is to save a few more dollars, now that's a surprise (recently they saved us over $30,000.00).
Not to go to extremes, Bandwidthfinders.com knows the right person to contact to make telecommunications work for us and find the answers to our needs. It is difficult to know everything when it comes to the technological advances and changes in the available service offerings by organizations such as Qwest, AT&T, MCI, Southwest Bell, etc. With one phone call most of my questions are answered and a solution for the need is presented through Bandwidthfinders.com. What a surprise to call one person and not spend hours on hold or trying to find the "person in the know" when trying to determine a course of action for new or upgraded services. I am not sure about other ISP's, but this equates to bottom-line dollars to me and we need every one of them.

GWE.NET recently
moved its ISP operations to a new location. We needed to drop 1 Internet T1
and add another, drop 32 analog phone lines, move 5 channelized trunks (120
lines) and add another channelized trunk. We had to coordinate with Sprint,
MCI and Qwest. All of this had to be done with
as little downtime as possible.
How did it go? Perfectly.

We had been looking
at upgrading our current bandwidth for about six months, knowing it would
take a couple of months to get everything implemented once we had made a decision,
and knowing that we would need to have some more bandwidth available to our
customers sometime in the future. We had tried to contact our current provider,
and all we got was the run-around because we were an established account with
