ProVision Communications is dedicated to providing clients with a
comprehensive suite of voice, data, & internet services through our leading
edge procurement process. We deliver significant value to our clients through
cost effective solutions, quality carrier choices, expert advice, and superior
customer service.
Our business is telecommunications procurement.
Our mission is total customer satisfaction.
When we founded ProVision Communications (at the time known as BandwidthFinders.com)
in the spring of 2000, our mission was to help Internet Service Providers
(ISP’s) procure data circuits for their growing businesses. We made
a few promises to our ISP clients. The first was our commitment to simplify
their purchasing process by collecting all of the appropriate carrier information
applicable to their needs. The second was to uncover the most cost effective
solutions. And finally, our team would provide them the best customer service
throughout the installation process and beyond. The formula worked. In fact,
the formula worked so well that the company expanded to serve medium-to-large,
non-ISP businesses. At the time, we were primarily data experts assisting
companies in procuring dedicated internet services, frame relay, private line,
ATM, VPN and Co-location.
However, one common question came from the businesses we were serving…”will
you also assist us with our other communications needs, particularly in the
area of Voice services?” In response to our client’s requests,
we have added experts to our staff, and the company now offers a broad range
of communications services, including Conferencing, Local, Long Distance,
and other Voice Services. And, we continue to stick to our proven formula
– provide our customers the best carriers, at the most competitive prices,
and maintain the highest quality service – before, during, and after
the sale.
The next step in our company’s evolution occurred recently as we determined that it would be best to change our name to more accurately reflect the expanded array of services the company now provides. ProVision Communications now assists companies with nearly all of their communications needs. Our mission will always stay the same – total customer satisfaction.
